My device is not sending any SMS – shows “pending for delivery” status in the UI?

Go to the Service Profile section of the SAP IoT Connect 365 UI, select the service profile that your device is using, click the Basic Configuration tab:

Check to see if the SMS-MO setting is enabled.

 

Next, click the SMS tab:

In the Interface field, select RestAPI to check if you have entered the API URL where your devices should forward the SMS messages. If not enter a valid URL in this field.
