Adding and removing Operators from the Endpoint Operator Blacklist

When an Operator is added to the Operator Blacklist for an Endpoint this means that the endpoint can no longer connect to that Operator.

 

Adding an Operator from the Operators Blacklist

 

To add an operator to the Blacklist for an endpoint, follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Access the SAP IoT Connect 365 User Interface
  2. Select the Endpoints tab
  3. Select the Endpoint/ICCID
  4. Click the Operator Blacklist tab:

          Click +Add Operator The Blacklist Operator dialog box is displayed:

          Select the name of the operator you want to blacklist from the Operator drop-down list.

          Click Blacklist Operator.

 

The selected operator will be added to the operator blacklist and the endpoint will no longer be able to connect to it. Repeat the above steps if you want to add additional operators to the blacklist.

 

Removing an Operator from the Operators Blacklist

 

To remove an operator from the Blacklist so you can reconnect to it, you follow the steps below: 

 

  1. Access the SAP IoT Connect 365 User Interface
  2. Select the Endpoints tab
  3. Select the Endpoint/ICCID you want to manage Endpoints for.
  4. Click the Operator Blacklist tab:

           Click on the red cross beside each operator you want to remove.

 

If you have several operators you want to remove from the blacklist, repeat the above steps.
