  • chats and SMSs
  • Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat, Telegram, and Viber messages
  • interactions routed via email channel: emails, tasks (Extensible Resource Identifier tasks, XRI), and action items created in SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM).
