Description

 

  • Our Partner has reported SAP Digital Interconnect on an incident resulting in delivery degradation towards carrier Syniverse.
  • This interruption may cause potential slight delay in delivery of Mobile Originating messages, Mobile terminating messages and notifications.
  • We will liaise with our partner and report on further progress / status updates.

UPDATE

  • Our partner support Groups are working closely to resolve this issue.
  • Monitoring NOC will follow up with Our partner and update the progress made.

Our partner has informed us of the resolution of this issue from the end operator side.

SAP Support teams verified the same and found the issue to be resolved.

SAP Support teams will continue to monitor the traffic.
