1. Our internal monitoring has alerted to an incident, where we have MM4 queues built within our platform.
2. This would potentially cause delay in Mobile Terminating and Notification traffic.
3. SAP support teams are currently engaged and investigating the issue on priority.

Update #1

Incident is still ongoing, SAP support teams are working to resolve it on priority.

Update #2

Currently we are processing all the incoming and outgoing messages successfully, however SAP Support Groups are still doing health checks to confirm complete closure of this incident.

Resolution Comments

  • All the real time MO/MT traffic is now getting delivered successfully within threshold latency.
  • Few customers might notice statistical posting delay in Message Manager, rest assured there is no delay in MT/MO traffic.
