1. Our internal monitoring has alerted to an incident, where we have multimedia messages queues built within our platform. 2. This would potentially cause delay in Mobile Terminating, Originating and delivery reports traffic. 3. SAP support teams are currently engaged and investigating the issue on priority.
SAP support teams are still working on this issue, We will continue follow up with our support teams to early resolution.
Traffic has been resumed back to normal, However SAP Support group is currently doing health checks to confirm complete resolution of this issue
All queues has been cleared & Support team has confirmed healthy status of MM4 platform.
