Description :

 

  • We have observed brief queues for delivery reports within our platform, Hence Our customers may observe delay in delivery reports.

 

  • Our Support group is looking into this issue and will try to resolve asap.

 

  • SAP Monitoring NOC will continue to follow , Until issue get resolved.

 

Resolution Comments:

 

  • At this moment, we confirm that the issue is resolved by our support groups and the traffic flow is normal as expected.
