Description

 

  • SAP Monitoring has been alerted to a delivery issue toward one of our partner in Malaysia.
  • We at SAP has successfully re-routed the traffic to alternative routes, Very few customer(s) may observe potential delay in message delivery towards Malaysia.
  • We are in liaise with the partner to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Resolution Comments

  • Partner confirmed that issue fixed at their end.

 

  • SAP Support groups confirm that traffic is normal at our end and will continue to monitor.
