Description

1.SAP Monitoring NOC currently observing message delivery issues towards one of the partner in Oman.

2.Few customers may observe potential delay in delivery and delivery reports for partner in Oman

3.We are following up with our partner to resolve this incident with higher priority.

Update

  1. Partner updated that technical team is working to fix the issue asap.
  2. Our partner has acknowledged the issue and is working with their support teams and their partner operator to resolve the same.
  3. Sap support groups will follow-up with partner and keep you updated on the progress made.

Resolution Comments

Our partner has informed us of the resolution of this issue from the end operator side.

SAP Support teams verified the same and found the issue to be resolved.

SAP Support teams will continue to monitor the traffic.
