1. Our internal monitoring has alerted us on a disconnect with one of our partner in China. 2. A very few customers might observe a potential delay in mobile originating, mobile terminating and notifications messages. 3. SAP support groups are in liaise with the partner to resolve this incident as soon as possible. 4. We are closely monitoring the situation and will keep the progress updated.
1. Partner has updated that they have observed frequent disconnection for a brief amount time and is currently stable.
2. We confirm that the connections are currently stable and the traffic flow is normal as expected.
