Description

1. SAP support group has been alerted to brief Connectivity issue with T-Mobile USA.

2. A very few customer(s) would have noticed potential delay in Mobile terminating traffic towards T-Mobile USA.

3 SAP support group have informed T-Mobile USA about this issue and will keep update you on the progress made.

Resolution Comments

1.T-Mobile USA fixed this issue.

2.SAP support group confirm that queues cleared and traffic is normal.

3.SAP support group will continue to monitor.
