Description

1.We have been alerted to an incident where our customers may observe delay in e-mail delivery due to queue built within our Platform.

2.SAP Support groups will Monitor and Keep update you on the progress made.

Resolution Comments

1.Monitoring NOC confirm that queues cleared and email traffic is normal now.

2.Monitoring NOC will continue to monitor
