Description


1.We have been alerted to an incident where our customers may observe delay in e-mail delivery due to queue built within our Platform.

2.SAP Support groups will Monitor and Keep update you on the progress made.

UPDATE 1

 

Please be informed that, due to the high volume of campaigns, we have a backlog of messages to be sent out.

We have reconfigured our system to try to alleviate the issue in the future, but it will take several more hours to process the queued messages. 

We expect to be back at regular delivery timings by 09:00 UTC.

 

UPDATE 2

 

Queue of e-mail campaigns built within our platform continues to decrease consistently. This is a good indicator of emails being successfully delivered, albeit slow. At the current rate of delivery, we expect to successfully deliver all e-mails in queue in the next ~7 hours.

And we should be back to normal service delivery timings by 12:00 UTC.

As updated earlier, Queues are decreasing consistently at this moment.

SAP Support team is also working with the Partner to deliver the queues quicker.

As per Latest update from our Support team, The current queue will take 4 hours to clear. ETA for this issue : 17:00 GMT

New ETA for this issue : 19:00 GMT, All concerned SAP support teams are working to get this issue resolved asap.

SAP Support groups confirm that E-mail traffic is normal and Monitoring NOC will continue to monitor.
