Description

1.One of our partner have informed us of General Service Disruption in their Indonesia DC.
2.Due to this few of our customers may observe delay in messages delivery and notifications.
3. Our partner promised that they will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Update

1.Our partner support Groups are working closely to resolve this issue.

2.Monitoring NOC will follow up with Our partner and update the progress made.

Resolution Comments

Our partner has informed us of the resolution of this issue from the end operator side.

SAP Support teams verified the same and found the issue to be resolved.

SAP Support teams will continue to monitor the traffic.
